Patient Manager
Energeia has released a new service and relationship management application for
clients in the health services sector. The software allows companies to manage
the whole process of offering healthcare services to patients from patient registration
to treatment administration, post treatment monitoring and aftercare services.
The windows based object oriented (O-O) application is very modular and flexible
allowing easy customisation for different types of health services. It allows
easy import of existing data and can be integrated with in-house systems seamlessly.
Several health service companies including one of UK’s leading Brain Surgeries
are currently using this application and enjoying the improvements it offers.
E-commerce Website
A UK subsidiary of the GRT Group has elected Energeia to implement an e-commerce
website. Products on the website will be available to customers all over the
world, however majority of the interest will be generated by customers in the
United States and Europe. The site is due to be launched in January 2003. Further
information will be available soon.
Network Project
Energeia wins bid to upgrade the network infrastructure of major US law firm across
its 7 European offices. Energeia will work with the firm’s head office as part
of the project team that will be responsible for upgrading the organisation’s
IT infrastructure globally. A much higher degree of standardisation of PC and
Server systems, faster dedicated links, increased support for mobile users and
a more advanced enterprise security architecture are some of the expected outcomes
of the project.
Content Delivery Portal
Energeia has developed a web portal that offers varying levels of automation and
support to mobile phone content providers. The systems interfaces and integrates
with existing architectures such as PBX, IVR, Websites and wireless gateways
to deliver products and services to subscribers. Clients currently using it
praise the system as being functionally rich and excellent value for money.
Systems Maintenance
After recent reviews of industry practices and how the maintenance of systems
is currently packaged and offered, Energeia has established new options that will
help us ensure that we continue to offer increasing value to customers, while
simplifying the process of budgeting and administering maintenance contracts
for our clients. The proposed options allow for better integration of different
areas of systems maintenance and capped billing for more services. Existing
clients are welcomed to swap their contracts to take advantage of these benefits
with cost saving incentives or simply wait until current contracts run out.
Schools Management Support
Energeia is currently working with an established London based education services
consultancy to develop a management support system that will assist Local Education
Authorities (LEA’s) and schools in managing key education structures and processes
more effectively and add value to decision making process through increased
accessibility to relevant information. The system is being developed in conjunction
with several LEA’s and school boards and will be released in February 2003.
